Mac/Linux 直接在 /etc/hosts 中，Windows在 X:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (X为你的系统盘符) 添加如下项：

更新 Android Studio 和 InteliJ IDEA 插件所需

更新 Android SDK 的地址

203.208.46.146  dl-ssl.google.com

随后在 SDK Manager 选项中勾选 Force https://...source to be fetched using http://… 如此即可。
